1.) passportfolder.com act as your limited agent for the limited purpose of submitting and facilitating your application through a courier ("Agent"). We cannot accept responsibility for delays in or loss of any document(s) by any party not directly under our control, including, but not limited to, Travel Agents, Consulates, Embassies, Passport Offices, or any other Entities or any delivery-service involved in handling documents. Whenever travel document (passport or green card)is damaged or lost by passportfolder.com, passportfolder.com's maximum liability per order shall not exceed $100.
2.) passportfolder.com its owners, agents and affiliates, and employees shall not provide any guarantees express or implied. Liability is limited to fees paid. passportfolder.com its owners, agents and affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for its ordinary negligence. You hereby release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless passportfolder.com, its owners, agents and affiliates, and employees for any and all liability related to ordering and delivery of your passport., even if its due to their own negligence.
3.)Use of passportfolder.com and its service is at your sole risk. We will in no event be liable to you or any person or entity claiming through you for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or other damagesunder any theory of law for any errors in or the use of or inability to use passportfolder.com and its service including without limitation, damages for lost profits, business, or flight cancellations, missing flights, flight delays or other travel itinerary changes, even if you have advised passportfolder.com of the possibilityof such damages.
3.)You understand that you are paying an additional fee to this company and that you are still responsible for government fees or consulate fees which will be paid directly to the United States Passport Agency or consulate.
4.)We have no control over the decisions made by Issuing Authorities regarding denial or approval of any passport, visa or travel document or additional supporting documents and/or additional supporting requirements based upon the information submitted by you whether directly or through us as courier and/or agent. We have no control over the substance and/or completeness of your applications and statements therein that may affect the decision to either approve or deny your passport, visa or other travel documents. You understand that you are solely responsible for completeness and accuracy of the information submitted to any Agency for issuance of any passport or travel document. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer upon our suspicion or belief that information may be inaccurate, incomplete or otherwise deficient. Such refusal of service is at our sole discretion. We makes no guarantee that any issuing authority will issue any document(passport & visa)in a timely manner.
5.)In the case where a visa or passport application/order has been canceled or rejected, all fees will be non refundable.
